Mark Nickita, AIA

President, co-founded Archive D.S. in 1991. An architect and urbanist, he has traveled to over 200 cities throughout the world to study the urban condition. His expertise is with the redevelopment of underutilized infill sites and buildings. Mr. Nickita writes and lectures widely on the principles of New Urbanism, and currently serves on numerous boards and committees enhancing pedestrian areas.


Doran Moore, AIA

Vice President, leads the form’s architecture and urban planning projects. Mr. Moore has been in large-scale planning initiatives in Detroit, Toronto, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Mr. Moore has also been an adjunct instructor in Urbanism at Wayne State University, University of Detroit, and Lawrence Technological University.


Kevin Borsay

Vice President and co-founder of Archive D.S., is a designer and engineer. He is the lead partner of Refuel Media, a print and web design firm, where he has overseen marketing campaigns for a diverse array of clients in Detroit and beyond.
